I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station, and surrounded by shops and restaurants. However, the dining options were a bit lacking and the check-in time was later than expected.
The hotel had a late check-in time reaching 3:30 p.m., which was not ideal, but the rooms were excellent for a family stay, though some had beds without footboards. The service was fantastic, especially accommodating taller guests who found the beds with footboards uncomfortable. The location was slightly apart from downtown but still close to major attractions and all restaurants, providing convenience. The dining options were delicious but a bit limited, requiring additional purchases due to small portions. Overall, a great stay with minor room and check-in issues to consider.
